Searching for a flat from February. Can be temporary or permanent. Rent till 700 incl utilities. (so with electricity, heating)
Cologne (south, west), Frechen, Kerpen (Horrem) are suitable.
I'm moving to Cologne in Feb from Vienna for a nice stable job, all documents will be provided upon request :) im working right now as well of course. Not a party person, i like my peace and keeping the surrounding clean and in order. No animals, just one person. No smoker.
I speak German & English but I'm faster in English.
