Cologne - Ehrenfeld, Altstadt/Neustadt-Nord - 1 flat room - any move-in date from June on

Hi,

I am Alessio, I am 27 years old and I am from Rome, Italy. I am currently a PhD student in Computer Science at FZJ (and RWTH Aachen) and I work on AI topics. Before my current position, I spent 6 months as a Research Fellow at Sapienza University of Rome and 6 months as Research Intern at IBM Research Zurich. I have a MSc in Computer Science from University of Milan, and BSc in Computer Science from Sapienza University of Rome.

I'm a quiet, clean and tidy person. I usually spend my day studying/working on my computer with my earphones on. From time to time I do Discord or phone calls with my girlfriend or friends who live far from me. I am used to living alone or with flatmates (I lived in Rome, Milan, Zurich and a few months in Cologne already), I do have a PhD contract until November 2024 (which I can show you) and I always pay the monthly rent in time. I would like to live in a quiet place, since I am going to work remotely most of the time. I will treat your apartment with care and responsibility, hopefully avoiding any damage.

I am looking for a 1 flat room as close as possible to the Ehrenfeld station, since I will have to go to office in Jülich sometimes. I would be available to move in from June 1 (since I have to stop my current long-term contract 3 months in advance), but I can adapt easily and also move in later.
