Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und hat einen schönen Ausblick ins Grüne da es zu einem sehr grünen Hinterhof raus geht. Dadurch ist es auch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und das Licht fällt Nachmittags sehr schön in die Wohnung.
Vor meinen Fenstern kommt ab und an ein Eichhörnchen, deswegen steht dort ein Futterhaus. Wenn man es regelmäßig befüllt, kommt Ferdinand auch täglich vorbei :)

Meine Nachbarn sind sehr nett und die Vermieterin ist stets und schnell erreichbar, falls etwas ist.

Ich würde gerne ein paar Möbel da lassen, dazu gehören die Küche, drei Regale, eine Kommode, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch, ein 1,40 Bett und ein Tisch.

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadteil Lindenthal, direkt neben Ehrenfeld. Zur Linie 1 und 172, 173 braucht man 3 min zu Fuß, zur Linie 13, 7, 141 etwa 7 min zu Fuß. Bis zum Ehrenfelder Bahnhof braucht man etwa 10 min. Zum Neumarkt etwa 13 min und zu den Ringen (Partymeile) 8 min.
5 min zu Fuß ist der Stadtwald mit einem Tierpark.
Apotheken, Supermärkte (Rewe, Alnatura, Aldi), Post, DM, Rossmann, Reinigung, Restaurants, Massage, Friseur ist alles fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
