Hello Room Searches!
Since my notice until 30 September expires, but I already have to move, I am renting my single room apartment in the dorm hereby Sonnenbühl Ost! I am moving out on August 20 and would like to rent my room from 21 August,if anyone wishes to move then.
Location: The residence is located in close proximity to the University, ie, 2 minutes by bus or 4 minutes by bike to Uni.
My apartment is a newly constructed one with 4 people shared WG and the room mates are very helpful.
The Housing situation is quite difficult in Konstanz and I myself had to struggle a lot finding this seezeit apartment.And winter term 2012/13 is worsen already.So people,write back to me asap to grab the room.
Bus stop is 4minutes by walk and buses 9 and 14 go to the city.Kaufland and Penny Markt are quite few stops with the bus.And buse connections are very flexible.
