Ich bin vor kurzem innerhalb Kreuzlingens umgezogen und habe jetzt noch einen Mietvertrag über 2 Monate.
Meine Wohnung kann daher entweder zur Zwischenmiete für Februar / März genommen, oder aber komplett übernommen werden (=neuer Mietvertrag mit meinem Vermieter).
Die Miete beträgt normalerweise 640 CHF.
Für Zwischenmieter mache ich einen Sonderpreis von monatlich 399 EUR bei einer Kaution von weiteren 399 EUR (die gibts Ende März zurück, wenn alles ok ist).
Die Wohnung ist auf Wunsch teilmöbliert mit einem Bett, Tisch + Stuhl.
Ansonsten hat sie ein Bad mit Dusche und WC sowie eine kleine Küche mit Spüle, Herd (3 Platten), Backofen + Kühlschrank (mit Gefrierfach). Das Zimmer selbst ist ca. 25m² groß. Waschen ist im Keller möglich.
