The apartment is at ground floor with nice neighbors and quiet neighborhood. As there are families living around, we are very concerned about noise and any sort of disturbance. Rest assured, it is a nice place to live in. The apartment has its own balcony facing a shared garden, access to a shared garden, a private covered parking, and almost every facility inside one may need to live in.
The bus stop is just at 3 - 4 min walking distance. The location is few minutes walk from lake Konstanz, bakery, mini-Edeka market and so on.The apartment is just 2 stops away from the University of Konstanz (next stop to Mainau Island) and is easily reachable to University (6 min by bus) and town (~20 min).
The charges include 385 (cold rent) + 100 (warm) + 50 (internet, garbage disposal, electricity, and broadcasting fee - this amount is already subsidized :) ). You pay a deposit of 500 Euro which is refundable when you return the keys. For a second person staying in the apartment (in case of a couple), an additional 50 Euro/month will be charged for utility purpose.
