Einzel-Appartement mit Küche und privates Bad im 7. Stock des Jan-Hus-Hauses. Die Wohnung ist schon möbliert mit einem 90-cm Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regalen, und Schreibtisch. Die Küche ist genau so wie in dem Foto. Meine eigene Möbel werde ich mitnehmen, aber es bleiben die wichtige Sachen die von Seezeit aus schon zu dem Zimmer gehören. Die Wohnung ist natürlich keine Luxus-Wohnung, aber alles wichtige ist schon da und für einen Monat (ich auch für ein Jahr) kommt man schon sehr gut klar, natürlich zu einem super Preis. Waschmaschinen und Trockner gibt's auch im UG.

Single-person apartment with kitchen & private bathroom on the 7th floor of Jan Hus Haus. The apartment is furnished with a 90-cm bed, closet, shelves, and a desk. The kitchen is as pictured in the photo. I'll be taking my own decorations/furniture with me, but the original furniture provided by Seezeit will be staying. The apartment is obviously not a luxury apartment, but the important things are there and for a month you will get by perfectly (I also have for a year), especially at such a good price. There are washing machines and dryers also located in the basement that you can use.

Paradies ist genau so wie es sich anhört. Das Wohnheim befindet sich schon in der Nähe von anderen Wohnheimen (zB Europahaus, Paradies, etc.). Die Altstadt erreicht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Gute Bars/Restaurants, viele Studenten. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich keine 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Man hat mehrere Möglichkeiten zu einkaufen und der Seerhein ist auch fast direkt vor der Tür, also schwimmen und Sonnenuntergang sind auf jeden Fall Optionen!

Paradies is exactly what it sounds like: paradise! The housing facility is close to other student housing, such as Europahaus & Paradies. You can get to the old city by foot in 10 minutes. There are good bars and restaurants and lots of other students. The bus stop is less than 3 minutes by foot away. There are lots of options for shopping and the Seerhein (Rhine) is almost at your doorstep, so you can always go swimming or watch the sunset.

Ich ziehe früher als erwartet aus, und dafür würde ich gerne einen Untermieter für den Monat August finden. Wir könnten natürlich auch was ausmachen, wenn Sie früher einziehen wollen, dass Sie Ende/Mitte Juli schon einziehen können. Ich kann Besichtigungen nach Anfrage organisieren, entweder per Video oder persönlich!

I'm moving out early, so I'd like to find a subletter for the month of August. We can also arrange for you to move in earlier, around the middle/end of July.
