Hallo,
Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine aktuelle Mietwohnung in Petershausen (Bücklestrasse).
Es handelt sich um ein 1-Zimmer Apartment in Größe von circa 25.
Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einer separaten Tür von Küche und Bad getrennt.
Ein Kellerabteil ist mit inbegriffen, sowie Fahrradkeller, gemeinsamer Wäscheraum und ein Autostellplatz (den man optional aber auch weitervermieten kann, wenn man ihn nicht braucht).
Das Apartment hat zudem einen eigenen Balkon, der überdacht ist.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut isoliert, im Winter gibt es absolut keinen Heizbedarf.
Bushaltestellen (Friedhof und Taborweg) sind in paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, sowie ein Rewe, Edeka Baur, 2 DM Filialen und ein Lidl (alles zwischen 5 und 13 Minuten zu Fuss).
