Ich suche eine Wohnung mit 1-2 Zimmern in Kulmbach oder nächster Umgebung (bis ca. 5km und gut mit Fahrrad zu erreichen).
Gerne teilmöbliert,aber auf jeden Fall mit Einbauküche.
Wichtig wäre mir außerdem ein Balkon,eine Terrasse oder Gartenmitnutzung.
