Die Bushaltestelle "Dorlar Rathaus" ist 1min Fußweg entfernt. Der Bus 24 fährt sowohl nach Gießen (unter anderem Oswaldsgarten und Gießen Hbf) und nach Wetzlar Hbf.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Netto und Edeka sind 5min Fußweg bzw. 2min mit dem Auto entfernt.
Die Parkplatzsituation vor dem Haus ist sehr gut.
Hinter dem Haus ist die Lahnaue, was ideal zum Spazieren oder zum Joggen ist.
Die Autobahn ist ca. 2-3min mit dem Auto entfernt und man ist in rund 5min mit dem Auto in Wetzlar und in ca. 10min in Gießen.
Die anderen Mieter in dem Haus sind sehr freundlich und ein nettes Miteinander ist die Regel.
