Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung im Studentenpark Thomas-Nast-Straße. Die im Erdgeschoss gelegene Wohnung ist ca. 21qm groß, praktisch geschnitten und voll möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stühlen, Regal, Schrank, Nachttisch und Küche. Das Badezimmer ist schön und geräumig, verfügt über eine sehr große Dusche (kann auch gut zu zweit genutzt werden ;) ) etc..
Direkt vor dem Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle, welche regelmäßig befahren wird, zum Bahnhof gelangt man zu Fuß innerhalb von 15 Minuten, mit dem Rad in ungefähr 5.
Im Nachbarhaus befindet sich eine Bäckerei, über die Straße ist eine Apotheke. Rewe, Aldi, Netto, Norma und Real sind nicht weit gelegen und zur Uni ist es ebenfalls nicht weit (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß; außerdem ist die Wohnung direkt neben der Außenstelle TN/AC). Ein hübscher Park zum Entspannen ist auch um die Ecke.
In den Nebenkosten sind wirklich alle Nebenkosten enthalten (Wasser, Energie, Internet, Hausmeister).
EIn Stellplatz kann für 15€ pro Monat gemietet werden
