1-Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete

Die 1-Zimmer Wohnung besteht aus einem Hauptzimmer mit Bett und Schreibtisch, sowie einer Küchennische in einem extra Raum und einem eigenen Badezimmer. Es ist eher minimalistisch ausgestattet, aber alles wichtige (inkl. Töpfe und Geschirr) ist vorhanden und müsste nicht mitgebracht werden. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster und ist schön hell!

Die 1-Zimmer Wohnung ist in einem Wohnheim, das heißt hier wohnen noch andere Student*innen von denen man aber nicht so viel mitbekommt, da alle ihre eigene Wohnung haben. Einzig der Fahrradkeller und die Waschmaschinen und Trockner werden geteilt.

Wichtig: Das Zimmer ist NUR ZUR ZWISCHENMIETE! Also schreib mir bitte nur, wenn du für den angegebenen Zeitraum ein Zimmer suchst. Ich freue mich auf deine Nachricht und zeige dir gerne die kleine Wohnung!

The 1-room flat consists of a main room with a bed and desk, as well as a kitchenette in an extra room and a private bathroom. It is rather minimally furnished, but everything important (incl. pots and dishes) is available and would not need to be brought along. The room has a large window and is nice and bright!

The 1-room flat is in a hall of residence, which means that there are other students living here, but you don't really notice much about them because they all have their own flats. Only the bicycle storage room and the washing machines and dryers are shared.

Important: The room is ONLY FOR INTERMEDIATE RENT! So please only write to me if you are looking for a room for the specified period (23rd July- 18th September). I look forward to hearing from you and will be happy to show you the flat before you move in!
