Die Wohnung ist im 1OG. eines nur von Studenten bewohnten Hauses, heißt die Atmosphäre ist sehr locker. Sie besteht aus einem großen Raum mit ca 17m² einem Bad mit Dusche usw. und eine art Eingangsbereich indem sich auch die Küche befindet.
Die Wohnung ist etwa 5 geh minuten von der Uni entfernt, was ich immer als sehr angenehm empfand. Auch zum Einkaufen hat man es nicht weit und die innenstadt ist zu Fuß problemlos zu erreichen. Die anbindung zum Nahverkehr ist auch direkt vor dem Haus ca.1 Minute zu Fuß von wo verschieden Busse richtung Bahnhof oder zu sehr netten Orten an der Weinstraße führt.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, da ein Hausmeister sich um alles kümmert und mit rat und tat zur seite steht falls man irgendwelche Probleme hat. Waschmaschienen usw befinden sich im Keller.
