Ich suche ab 30. September einen Nachmieter für meine schöne Einzimmerwohnung in Leipzig Connewitz. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und komfortabel. Durch zwei große Fenster gibt es viel Tageslicht und die Wohnung ist sehr hell.
Sehr wichtig: fast alle Möbel wie Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Sofa, usw sollten zu einem super geringen Preis übernommen werden.
Es gibt außerdem einen Fahrradraum, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner im Keller, die allen Hausbewohnern zur Verfügung stehen.
Die Wohnung liegt in Connewitz, die Bushaltestelle (Linie 70) ist nur 1 min Fußweg entfernt .Das Conne Island ist in der Nähe, ebenso das Werk 2 und das UT Connewitz. Der "Konsum" ist in 2 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar, ein "Netto" ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß weg, und "Rewe" 10 Minuten. Auch der Wildpark ist nur 2 min Fussweg entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten am Cospundenersee, was vor allem im Sommer toll ist.
Ich zahle derzeit monatlich 35 € für Strom und 20 € fur Internet
