Meine schöne und günstige Einraumwohnung im Herzen von Connewitz wird frei. Die Wohnung ist ca. 34 qm2 groß, kürzlich renoviert und mit Laminat ausgestattet. Die drei großen, gut dämmenden Fenster öffnen gen Osten, sodass von morgens bis mittags Sonne im Zimmer ist. In der Küche sind zwei Regale angebracht und die Küchenzeile samt Schränken sind eingepasst – das möchte ich gern mit der Wohnung übergeben für wenig Geld (ca. 150 Euro). Bei Bedarf können weitere Dinge für einen geringen Abschlag übernommen werden: ein Cerankochfeld, ein Kühlschrank, ein eingebauter Badezimmerspiegel, Lampen, etc. Im relativ trockenen Kellerabteilt können weitere Dinge gelagert werden. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen schönen Garten zum Sitzen und Wäschetrocknen.

My beautiful and inexpensive one-room apartment in the heart of Connewitz becomes available. The apartment is approx. 34 sqm2, recently renovated and equipped with laminate. The three large, well insulating windows open to the east, so that there is sunshine in the room from morning to noon. In the kitchen there are two shelves and the kitchen unit including cupboards are fitted - I would like to hand over this with the apartment for little money (approx. 150 Euro). If necessary, other things can be taken over for a small discount: a ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a built-in bathroom mirror, lamps, etc.In the relatively dry cellar compartment further things can be stored. There is also a nice garden for sitting and drying clothes.
