Hallo,
die Wohnung liegt im schönen Stadtteil Gohlis und hat eine Wohnfläche von 33 m2. Die Räume befinden sich allesamt in einem Top-Zustand. Besonders schön ist, dass die Wohnung einen kleinen Eingangsbereich mit einer Abstellkammer hat. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Wiederitzscher Str./Georg-Schumann-Str. liegt direkt ums Eck. Kaufland und REWE sind ebenfalls in weniger als 5 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Einbauküche ist mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Küchenschränken ausgestattet und ebenso wie das Bad gefliest. Ansonsten gibt es noch einen großen Kellerraum und die Möglichkeit DSL 16.000 zu bestellen. Beim Strom zahle ich momentan einen monatl. Abschlag von 25 Euro.
