für Januar (evtl. auch bis Anfang/Mitte Februar) suche ich jemand für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in einem sanierten Altbau in toller Lage in der Leipziger Innenstadt.
Ausstattung: Eichenparkett, Stuck, voll möbliert (siehe Fotos), separate Küche (voll ausgestattet), Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, Kabel-TV, Telefon, 100 Mbit/s DSL (Wi-Fi), Fahrstuhl, Keller
Lage: Gottschedstr., wenige Gehminuten bis ins Stadtzentrum, nette Cafes und Bars in der Umgebung.
Zu den o.g. Kosten kommen noch die für Strom (30 €), Kabel-TV/GEZ (35 €) und Telefon/Internet (25 €); insgesamt also 450 €.
