I'm searching for a student currently studying in Leipzig to take over my flat in one of the Studentenwohnheims.
The appartement has everything needed: all necessary furniture, own small kitchen and bathroom. The monthly price of 250€ covers every cost (heating, water, electricity and Internet).
Ich suche einen Studenten (m/w) zur Übernahme meiner Wohnung in einem Studentenwohnheim.
Im Appartment gibt es bereits alles, was man braucht: Alle notwendigen Möbel, eigene kleine Küche und Bad (Dusche, WC). Im monatlichen Preis von 250€ sind alle Kosten bereits gedeckt (Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet).
To the city center it's less than 10 min with bicycle and with tram even less. The tramstop "Johannisallee" (lines 2&16) can be reached within 4 minutes, Rewe is only 4 minutes away and nearby is also a swimming hall.
In die Innenstadt und zur KarLi sind es weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Rad, mit der Strassenbahn sogar noch weniger. Die Haltestelle "Johannisallee" (Linien 2, 16) liegt etwa 4 Minuten entfernt. Ein Rewe ist ebenso nah dran, und in der Nähe darüberhinaus auch eine Schwimmhalle.

The apartment is only available for students currently studying in an university in Leipzig.
