Ich vermiete meine 2-Raum-Wohnung (insgesamt ca. 60 qm) wegen Auslandsaufenthalt unter. Beide Zimmer nutze ich allerdings als Lager, so dass ich ausschließlich die jedoch ausreichend große Küche als 1-Raum-Wohnung untervermiete. Es gibt weiterhin einen Korridor, ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine separate Toilette. Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, ein Sofa, Tisch und Stuhl sind vorhanden und können genutzt werden. In allen Räumen gibt es eine Zentralheizung, zusätzlich in der Küche einen kleinen Ofen.
Die Wohnung liegt in der zweiten Etage. Das Haus ist auf der Lützner Strasse, in der Nähe des "Tapetenwerks", unten im Haus befindet sich das "Fauser". Straßenbahnlinien 15 und 8 sind vor der Haustür.
Die Wohnung kann ab Ende November besichtigt werden.
