Hey you! You are looking for a nice but affordable place to stay at while you are studying in Leipzig?
As you probably have heard, there are a lot of student residences offering furnished rooms to students from all over the world. Sometimes, if you're lucky, you even get the chance to get a studio/single apartment. That means you've got the kitchen and bathroom completely to yourself. Now you've got the opportunity to move into my studio apartment which is quite luxurious compared to other rooms and apartments: thanks to renovations last year and brand new furniture, you will find yourself in a little "paradise" everytime you come home. Have you seen the view on Leipzig in one of the pictures? Well, that is gonna be right in front of you when you look outside your apartment window!
I also like the fact my neighbours are relatively quiet, so I can fully concentrate on studying and sleep the night through ;-). If you do like action, there is a student club called "C4" where you can meet new friends, sing karaoke and party!
Right outside your door is a shopping centre with lots of restaurants and shops (like Penny and Konsum) and it takes you less than 5 minutes from your apartment door to the tram station Moritz-Hof (trams 10 and 16)!
Tram 10 or 16 take´you to the city centre within 15-20 min.
Before you get too excited about your new home, let's better check if you meet the requirements for taking over my apartment first: You are a Uni student in Leipzig (HTWK, Uni Leipzig, ...)? (Langauge courses do not count!) You've never lived at Leipzig's student residences before? Check?
