Hey, ich bin Christin und vom 17.05.- ca. 09.11.14 im Ausland. Da ich meine Wohnung ungern aufgeben möchte, suche ich einen Zwischenmieter.
Sie liegt in der Blücherstr. ( Möckern) , ist 42 qm, DG, Laminat, komplett möbliert inkl. Einbauküche, Waschmaschine, Internet, TV, wenn benötigt auch Festnetz.
Die Miete liegt bei 298 Euro , zuzügl. Kosten für Internetnutzung und Kabel -bzw. Stromgebühren bei 50 Euro.
Die Wohnung ist ein ausgebauter Dachboden im Erstbezug, verfügt daher über keinen Balkon.
Es sind nur ca. 15 min zum Elsterflutbecken bzw. 20 min zum Auensee, wer gern joggt fühlt hier sicher wohl.
Gleich an der Ecke habt ihr einen Konsum, es gibt auf der Georg-Schumann- Str. jedoch auch 2 x Kaufland, Aldi und Norma, die gut mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen sind.
Zum Zentrum sind es sowohl mit Straßenbahn, als auch mit Fahrrad ca. 20 Minuten.
Ich suche jemanden, der die Wohnung mit allen Möbeln übernimmt und ihr könnt hier alles nutzen, was drin steht.
