Hola, nähe Eisi wird ab dem 10. Januar bis zum 15. April (plus minus wie du magst) was frei. Ich mach in der Zeit ein Praktikum Berlin.
Die Einraumwohnung kostet inkl Strom und Wlan 345€ und hat sogar einen Balkon falls du rauchen willst, das wäre in der Wohnung nämlich bisschen doof.
Neben Bett und Kommode gibts noch einen Schreibtisch, sowie einige Pflänzchen um die du dich bitte kümmern würdest 🌝
Küche ist mit einem Vorhang getrennt und selbstgebaut, hat Herd, Ofen, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank :)
Die Wohnung liegt in Neustadt-Neuschönefeld, nah der Eisenbahnstraße/Einertstraße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tram, Bars und Cafés hast du in 30s bis 5 min Minuten erreicht und zur Uni und dem HBF brauchst du nichtmal 10 min. äh yes meld dich gerne :)
Ich möchte meinen die Wohnung ist barrierefrei, würde ich aber bei Bedarf nochmal klären.
