4 sehr große Dachfenster und eine kleine Loggia, die Wohnung ist immer hell, aber da die Ausrichtung Nordwesten ist, nicht zu warm im Sommer.
Da ich ausziehe, gibt es leider keine Waschmaschine. Einen Internetvertrag hatte ich hier zudem nie.
Die nächsten Haltestellen sind Holbeinstraße, Nonnenstraße (5min), Felsenkeller (10min)
Zur Karl Heine, wo das Leben tobt, sind es 10 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Fahrradkeller und Aufzug sind vorhanden. Allerdings geht es zum Aufzug über Stufen, außer man kommt über die Tiefgarage rein.
Frühester Mietbeginn etwa 08.05.
Spätester Auszug 25.06, da der Mietvertrag dann endet.
Miete pro Monat wird entsprechend auf den angemieteten Zeitraum umgerechnet.
