Die kleine aber feine Wohnung liegt in Plagwitz direkt am Adler. Die Küche ist extra es gibt einen großen Flur und Wände sind sehr hoch, was praktisch ist, weil man in die Höhe bauen kann.
Direkt vor der Tür fährt die Tram 1,2 und 3 sowie der Bus 60. Der Volkspark Kleinschzocher ist direkt um die Ecke und der Clara Park ist zu Fuß auch schnell zu erreichen.
Ich habe in die Wohnung ein Hochbett gebaut, welches ich gerne drin lassen würde. Wenn Bedarf besteht hätte ich auch noch ein Sofa, einen Kleiderschrank, die Spüle in der Küche und die dort angebrachten Regale abzugeben. Schreibt mir einfach ne Sms oder Mail und wir machen einen Termin aus.
