Ich ziehe nach Spanien und gebe deshalb meine Wohung mitsamt meiner Möbel und Pflanzen ab.
Badewanne und Balkon sind vorhanden, Fußbodenbheizung inklusive, der Balkon ist grillerprobt.
Die Möbel lasse ich da inklusive Waschmaschine, auch gern meine Pflanzen. Dafür hätte ich gern eine Übernahmegebühr von 1000 Euro.
Es ist super ruhig, und trotzdem ist alles in der Nähe - Konsum, Bioladen.. Die Elster ist nebenan, ich habe auch ein Schlauchkanu, dass ich dir gern überlasse und in dem es sich wunderschön paddelt.
