Die Wohnung ist ca 44qm groß und hat eine eigene Küche und ein Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschienenanschluss. Zudem hat man ein Kellerabteil dazu. Die Wohnung ist im 2OG und im Haus gibt es einen Aufzug. Kleintiere sind grundsätzlich erlaubt (zb: Hamster, Meerschweinchen, was größere Tiere angeht, muss das mit dem Vermieter abgeklärt werden. Durch die große Fensterfront ist die Wohnung sehr hell und lichtdurchflutet.
Die Haltestelle 'Holsteinstraße' ist nur 3 min Fußweg entfernt und bis zur Haltestelle 'Riebeck-/Oststraße' sind es nur ca 8 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe (zb: Aldi oder REWE).Bis zum Lene-Voigt-Park läuft man 10 min, einfach die Straße runter und schon ist man da.
