Untermiete: 1-Zimmer-Wohnung Reudnitz

Da ich für 5 Wochen (03.09. bis 08.10.) aufgrund eines Praktikums nicht in Leipzig sein werde, ist meine Wohnung in diesem Zeitraum frei. Die Wohnung ist 38m² groß. Neben einem großen Wohnbereich gibt es eine abgetrennte Einbauküche und ein kleines Bad mit Wanne. Die Bilder sind zwei Jahre alt, sieht aktuell etwas anders aus (keine Fotos mehr an Wand, Kühlschrank und Schrank; mehr Pflanzen, gestrichene Wand), hatte nur keine Muße für die Bilder extra aufzuräumen:D Zur Wohnung gehört ein kleines Kellerabteil für dein Rad.

Die Wohnung liegt in Reudnitz. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Ostplatz (S15) lauft ihr maximal 2 Minuten, zum Friedenspark, Lene Vogt-Park und zum Uniklinikum jeweils 5 Minuten.

Achja, ich will 500€ (+100€ Kaution) für den Zeitraum haben. Wenn die Pflanzen deinen Aufenthalt überleben wäre mega cool, aber kein Muss😉 Haut mich an bei Fragen oder wenn ihr euch meine Bleibe online/in real life anschauen wollt.

Since I will not be in Leipzig for 5 weeks (September 3rd to October 8th) due to an internship, my apartment is free during this period. The apartment is 38m². The apartment is in Reudnitz. You can walk to the Ostplatz tram stop (S15) in a maximum of 2 minutes, to the Friedenspark, Lene Vogt-Park and the university hospital in 5 minutes each.

Oh yes, I want €500 (+€100 deposit) for the period. If the plants survive your stay would be super cool, but not a must 😉
