Ich ziehe am 4.7. Aus und suche jemanden der ab 15.7. einziehen will. Ich kann auf Wunsch das komplette Küchenmobiliar, sowie ein Bett und einen mäßig erhaltenen Schrank kostenfrei überlassen. Im Warmietpreis von 238€ ist der Fernseher Anschluss inklusive. Im Keller befindet sich ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Hierfür kann man 2 mal pro Woche fußläufig beim Hausmeisterservice der für das Haus zuständig ist Waschmarken kaufen. Einfach eine Nachricht schreiben und wir besprechen einen Besichtigungstermim. Wenn danach größeres Interesse da ist vermittle ich sie an die Hausverwaltung BGV.
