Da ich von September 2017 bis einschließlich Februar 2018 beruflich im Ausland bin, suche ich für diesen Zeitraum eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für meine Dachgeschoss-Wohnung (46m2) in Schleußig/Plagwitz.
Ohne in Immobiliensprech abdriften zu wollen, ist die Wohnung wirklich prima gelegen - direkt um die Ecke sind: die Tramlinien 1 und 2; Supermarkt; Café und Kneipen; gut sortierter Späti; Clara-Zetkin-Park; usw.
Die Wohnung selbst ist schön hell, mit Balkon, Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche sowie einem separaten Schlafzimmer.
Was den genauen Ein- und Auszugstermin betrifft, bin ich in beide Richtungen auch flexibel. Wenn euch die groben Eckdaten zusagen, schreibt am besten eine kurze Nachricht!
