Eine kleine aber feine und frisch renovierte Wohnung. Das Hauptzimmer hat 17 qm und es schließt sich eine kleine Küche an. Im Bad gibt es eine Wanne und letzten Winter musste ich dank Fernwärme nicht einmal die Heizung aufdrehen und trotzdem war es sehr warm. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Flur und Morgensonne.
Auf Grund eines Praktikums wird die Wohnung 2 1/2 Monate frei sein, mit dem genauen Einzugs-/ Auszugsdatum bin ich auch etwas flexibel. Die Wohnung ist möbiliert.
Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, 5 Minuten bis zur Eisenbahnstraße, zum Zentrum sind es mit dem Fahrrad 12 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, ebenso wie Bahn und Bus. Es gibt keine laute Straße und die Fenster öffnen sich in den grünen Innenhof. Da ältere Personen in dem Haus wohnen ist es auch sonst ruhig.
