Hallo!Ich suche einen Nachmieter,ab 1 August,für meine schöne kleine Wohnung in der Südvorstadt,unterhalb der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße.Es gibt ein kleines Bad mit Dusche & eine kleine Küche.Das Zimmer hat hohe Wände & 2 große Fenster. Es sind 10 min zum Park (zu Fuß) & 20 min (mit Fahrrad) zum Cospudener See.Einkaufsmöglickeiten sind,in jede Himmelsrichtung, in sehr kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.Auch zur Stadtmitte,Bibliothek sind es nicht länger als 10 min mit dem Fahrrad.Eine sehr schöne Gegend mit einer wunderschönen Wohnung :-)Leider gibt es keine Einbauküche.Jedoch würde ich meine Küche auch verkaufen.-evtl. Spüle, Kühlschrank, Herd... Habe auch Möbel, Lampen, ... zu verkaufen. Also bis Bald, Josephine.
