Ich muß Leipzig aus beruflichen Gründen verlassen und suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne geräumige 1Zi.-Wohnung in der Südvorstadt. Die Wohnung liegt im 3.OG, verfügt über einen großen (ca. 30m²) Wohn-/Schlafbereich und eine offene EBK.Außerdem gibt es ein schickes Bad mit Wanne und Fenster und einen Flur, in den auch ein Kleiderschrank passt. Die Kneipenmeile sowie die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle liegen quasi vor der Haustür (trotzdem ist die Wohnung schön ruhig), bis in die Innenstadt sind es zu Fuß ca.15 Min. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 01.08.08 oder nach Absprache schon früher/später zu haben, bei Bedarf können auch einige Möbelstücke bzw. die Waschmaschine übernommen werden.
