ich verlasse Leipzig und damit wird mein süßes Apartement im ruhigen Teil der Südvorstadt für euch frei.
Die Wohnung ist unterm Dach eines sanierten Altbaus (ohne Schrägen und mit unmittelbarem Zugang zu einem riesigen Flachdach, von dem ihr über die ganze Stadt schauen könnt), ca. 28 m2 groß mit EBK und Bad mit Dusche.
Frei ist sie ab 15.September. Ihr könnt aber ggf. auch schon früher bzw. später (bis 30.09) einziehen. Auf Wunsch kann das Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regale übernommen werden.
Kommt doch einfach mal vorbei.
