Unfortunately I have to leave my fantastic flat because I have to go back to Italy, that's why I'm looking for a new tenant for it. The flat is 28 m² but it is made someway that looks really bigger then that. It has a big room with a big window, a small bathroom, kitchen and a beautiful closed balcony that w used to call "loggia" and that actually can be used like another small room!
The price I wrote include everything except electricity and internet and I also would like to sell almost all my furniture (bed, washingmachine, fridge, 3 tables, chairs, all the furniture of the kitchen, curtains, towels, vacuum cleaner, blankets,etc..)

The flat is located in the most known area of Leipzig. In fact the "Karli" is full of pubs shops and everything you can need! Just going downstairs you have a nice café where they cook a lot of good food, a subway, the post and the gym are right in front of the door crossing the street. This could be the perfect flat for a student (a the flat is near htwk) and also for a single (as it is also central!).
There are two tram stops, both of them 1 min walking; one us the stop for the numbers 10 and 11 and the other one us for number 9 and the bus number 76.
What can I tell you more then this? This is just a great flat and I just love it, I'm so sad that I have to leave it but I hope you will take care of it.
