Zum 1. September suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine geliebte Altbauwohnung in der Scharnhorststraße in der belebten Südvorstadt. Die Wohnung wird noch per Ofenheizung beheizt, daher dass sehr günstige Angebot. Das Wohnzimmer misst ca 20m2 und hat einen schönen Parkettboden. Die große Küche (18m2) hat noch einen alten Dielenboden, welcher im klassischen Ochsenrotblut gehalten ist. Ein kleiner Flur und ein kleines Bad, jeweils auch mit Holzdielenboden, runden die Wohnung ab. Kohlen und Holz sind noch im Keller vorhanden und sollten zumindest für den kommenden Winter ausreichen. Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig und wird im Ist-Zustand von mir übergeben. Gerne könnt ihr euch bei mir melden und die Wohnung besichtigen. Etwas besseres findet ihr nicht für den Preis!
Inmitten der Südvorstadt. Unweit vom Clara-Zetkin-Park und Fockeberg. 5min bis zur Tramstation Karl-Liebknecht-Str/Kurt-Eisner-Str (10,11), sowie der Buslinie 60, welche euch bspw. nach Plagwitz fährt. Die HTWK ist zu Fuß erreichbar, die Uni mit dem Rad in 5-10 min. Das IFZ ist mit dem Rad auch in ca. 10 min zu erreichen. Ihr sehr also: tolle Lage!
