Zur Ausstattung gehören: Einbauküche mit Inhalt, Bad mit Wanne, Waschmachine, Zimmer mit Eckcouch, Schreibtisch,zwei Schränke, Regal, Bett. Der Abschlag für Strom beträgt 20EUR/Monat, das Telefon kostet 15EUR Grundgebühr + Gesprächskosten, kein TV. Die Kaltmiete ist verhandelbar. Die Wohnung kann nur am Wochenende besichtigt werden.
