Es handelt sich um eine möblierte Einraumwohnung mit Miniküche und einem ganz kleinen Raum (ca 1,5m²), wo der Kleiderschrank steht. Die Wohnung wurde vor meinem Einzug renoviert, deswegen funkioniert alles super.
Ich ziehe um und suche für die Zeit jemanden, der oder die solange hier wohnen möchte :) Ein paar Möbel werden dann anders sein, als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Ich bin im Zeitraum auch flexibel, falls es zeitlich so nicht ganz für euch passt.
Die kleine 1-Zimmer- Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Süden Leipzigs. Von hier aus kommt man schnell in die Innenstadt aber auch in den nahegelegenen Auewald oder an den Cospudener See. Da die Wohnung an einer recht befahrenen Straße liegt, hört man leider immer ein bisschen Verkehr von draußen. Ich habe mich aber schnell daran gewöhnt. Man ist verkehrstechnisch super angebunden, weil mehrere Stationen ganz in der Nähe sind.
