Supermärkte und Bäcker befinden sich auch unweit der Wohnung.
Außerdem sind die Nachbarhäuser alles renovierte Altbauten wie das in der Südvorstadt üblich ist, was ein schönes Straßenbild ergibt.
Die großen Fenster der 1-Zimmer-Wohnung sind nach Süden, wodurch man eine helle Wohnung hat, aber trotz Sommer nie eine zu heiße Wohnung.
Im Keller befindet sich auch ein Abteil welches zur Benutzung bereitsteht.
