Ich suche zum 15. April 2021 eine*n Nachmieter*in für meine gemütliche 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Südvorstadt.
Neben dem Zimmer besteht die Wohnung aus einer Küchenzeile, einem Vorratsraum und einem Tageslichtbad mit Wanne. Außerdem gibt es ein eigenes Kellerabteil und einen Wäschekeller, in dem eine Waschmaschine angeschlossen werden kann. Da die Fenster zum Süden hinaus gehen, ist es fast den ganzen Tag wunderbar hell im Zimmer.
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr ruhig und besteht hauptsächlich aus jungen Familien und WGs.

I am searching for a new tenant for my bachelor flat in Leipzig's Suedvorstadt district from April 15th on. The flat includes a bedroom, a small space for a kitchen unit, a bathroom with a window and a tub, and a pantry. Additionally, there is a portion in the cellar reserved for the tenant and a room in which a washing machine can be installed.
The bedroom windows are facing the south, hence it is nicely bright most of the time.
The other parties of the house are really quiet, mostly these are young families and flatshares.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der jungen und lebendigen Südvorstadt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße der Karli, wenn also nicht pandemiebedingt alles geschlossen ist, kann man eine große Anzahl verschiedener Bars und Restaurants genießen.
Haltestellen unterschiedlicher Bus- und Straßenbahnlinien sind innerhalb von zwei Minuten erreichbar. Zur HTWK braucht man zu Fuß nur eine Minute, mit dem Fahrrad ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten an der Bibliotheca Albertina oder der Uniklinik. In die Innenstadt braucht man mit dem Rad ebenso lange.
Außerdem gibt es rundherum eine Vielzahl von Supermärkten, z.B. Konsum, ALDI oder REWE.
The place is situated in Leipzig's young and dynamic Suedvorstadt district. Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse is right around the corner, so in case there is no new COVID lockdown, one can enjoy many bars and restaurants.
Public transport is easily accessible and can be reached within two minutes.
The University of Applied Sciences is walking distance one minute away, Bibliotheca Albertina can be reached within 15 minutes by bike, just as the city centre and the university clinic.
Many grocery stores of different kinds can be found really close by, e.g. Konsum, ALDI or REWE.
Da die Küche nicht in der Ausstattung inbegriffen ist, biete ich sie für 300,00€ VHB zur Ablöse an.
Weiterhin besteht die Möglichkeit, sämtliche Möbel (siehe Fotos) für einen Gesamtpreis von 400,00€ VHB oder einzelne Stücke zu übernehmen.
Besichtigungen sind ab sofort möglich, meldet euch also gern einfach über WG-gesucht.

The kitchen unit is not included in the flat's equipment, therefore I offer it for a price of 300,00€.
Furthermore it is possible to take the furniture as shown in the pictures for 400,00€ in total, or single items. Both the price for the kitchen and the furniture are negotiable.
