Die Wohnung/Apartment ist etwa 22 m² groß und verfügt über einen großen Balkon, mit schönem Ausblick auf einen Kastanienbaum, sowie der Skyline Leipzigs ;-) . Der Balkon geht auf die Hinterseite raus, sodass man vom großen Straßenlärm der Kurt-Eisner-Straße wenig mitbekommt. In der Wohnung finden sich zwei Herdplatten, ein Kühlschrank (mit kleinem Eisfach) und einem seperaten Bad, mit Dusche und WC. Ein Hochbett ist ebenfalls bereits eingebaut, damit die Räumlichkeit voll ausgeschöpft werden kann.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der beliebten Südvorstadt, nicht weit weg von der Karl-Liebknecht Straße. Supermärkte (Netto, Aldi, Konsum), sowie Bars, Kneipen und Clubs sind alle super einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist etwa 150 m entfernt und auch die Straßenbahn 10/11, sowie die 9 sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
