Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Ludwigstraße in Volkmarsdorf. Sie kann ab sofort bezogen werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (leicht erhöht, es kann also nicht jeder ins Fenster schauen), ist 40 m² groß und es gibt einen Garten (der wird im Moment auch gestaltet ;)).
Bitte beachten: die Küche ist nicht mit einem Herd bzw. Kochplatte ausgestattet, müsste also mitgebacht werden. Kabel-Deutschland-Anschluss ist vorhanden.
Die Miete beträgt 240€ warm, dazu kommen noch Gas und Strom. Die Kaution kann auch in drei Monatsraten gezahlt werden.
Eine Tram-Station ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, mit dem Rad ist man in etwa 10 min im Zentrum. Parkplätze sind fast immer vorhanden (man muss höchstens mal 100 m entfernt parken.)
Wohnung kann gerne besichtigt werden, dafür bitte bei der Hausmeisterin Frau Bürger melden unter 01 63 25 29 40 1
