Direkt neben dem Haus entsteht der grüne Parkbogen Ost. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist mit dem Torgauer Platz in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Sogar die S-Bahn-Haltestelle Sellerhausen ist nicht weit entfernt.

The flat is in a nice renovated old building in a quiet side street near the popular Eisenbahnstraße, now one of the hottest places in Leipzig. There you will find a lot of bars, cafes and restaurants. The house is right next to the green park, which is part of the new Parkbogen Ost. The next tram station is 3 minutes by walk away. The next train station Sellerhausen is also quiet close. To the city center with the main station it will take you 10 minutes by bike.
