Einbauküche getrennt vom Wohn- und Schlafbereich, Wandschrank im Flur. Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Kommode und Kleiderstange können sehr günstig übernommen werden. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, viele ältere Bewohner und Studenten. Auch viele Pendler. Drei große Fenster lassen immer genügend Licht in das Zimmer. Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Im eigenen Kellerabteil kann man sein Fahrrad einschließen. Es gibt Waschmaschinen und Trockener gegen kleines Geld. Die Hausverwaltung ist mit im Haus und alle Probleme werden immer sofort gelöst.
Die Erreichbarkeit ist einfach nur genial. Man ist in 10 Minuten im Zentrum oder am Hauptbahnhof. Der ÖPNV ist 2 Minuten entfernt. In 2 Minuten ist man auch im Zoo und kann super entspannen. Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein Konsum mit Bäcker. Eine Straße weiter ein Dönerladeb. Die Höfe am Brühl mit sehr vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Sparkasse ist ebenfalls um die Ecke.
