Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Es gibt einen Flur der Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer trennt. Neu saniert. Keine Geräusche von außen zu hören. Alles in einem Altbau-Touch. Heizung geht schnell an und muss nicht allzu hoch gestellt werden.
Die Wand kann auf Wunsch weiß gestrichen werden.
Bus 72/73 zum Hauptbahnhof über 2 min. Fußweg zu erreichen, sowie die 70 und die Straßenbahn 4 in 4 min. zum Augustusplatz. Bis zum Augustusplatz sind es 5 Stationen.
Von der Wohnung aus dauert es zu Fuß 10 min bis Kaufland, Penny, Rossman, Kik und noch viele mehr. Gleich um die Ecke ist sind mehrere Imbisse und an der Bushaltestelle ein Spätkauf.
Der neue Mieter kann mich gerne immer ab 15/16 anrufen oder per Whatsapp anschreiben. Ich kann auch bei Interesse mal alles zeigen!
Schön wäre es auch, wenn der neue Mieter etwas Sauberkeit mitbringt, freundlich zu den netten Nachbarn ist und nicht alles zerstört :)
