Sehr zentral, nähe Gottschedstr. und neues Rathaus, und trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage, mit Terrasse, Kirschbaumholz Parkett (ziemlich cool) chikes Bad mit Wanne und riesen Spiegel, Fußbodenheizung und knapp 40 qm. Das Haus ist eine sehr intelligent sanierte alte Tabakmanufaktur und steht in der wohl kleinsten Str. Leipzigs: zwei Häuser, eine Hausnummer. Die Vermieter sind traumhaft "kulant" und verständnisvoll, etwas, das in schweren Zeiten Goldwert hat.
die Wohnung kostet 375 Warm, ich hab da noch ne küche drin, etwas, über das man reden kann
