Das ca. 18qm große Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten, hat zwei große Fenster und eine Glastür zum Balkon. Der Balkon ist ziemlich groß und man kann im Frühling und Sommer schön draußen sitzen. Alle Fenster gehen auf den ruhigen Hinterhof raus, sodass die Wohnung sehr ruhig ist.
Es gibt eine Küchennische mit Herdplatten, Spüle, Einbauschränken und ziemlich neuem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Das Bad hat eine Dusche und alles, was man sonst so braucht.
Waschmaschine und Trockner für alle stehen im Keller und sind kostenlos. Dort ist auch Platz für euer Rad.
Heizung, Warmwasser, Internet und TV sind in der Miete per Flatrate inbegriffen, ihr zahlt lediglich Strom extra.
Zusätzlichen Abstellraum (z.B. für ein Schuhregal) bietet der große Hausflur vor der Wohnungstür.
Bei Bedarf könnten ein paar Möbel kostengünstig übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Querstraße zur KarLie zwischen den Haltestellen Hohe Straße und Südplatz.
Aldi, Konsum, Bioläden und so weiter alles direkt vor der Nase.
Auch zum Park ist es nur ein Katzensprung.
Mit dem Rad ist man in 5 Minuten im Zentrum, auch ohne Rad lohnt das Straßenbahnfahren zum Hauptcampus nicht wirklich.
