Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrfamilien Block mit Innenhof aber laut ist es da nie, der Balkon geht richtung Süden und sie ist in der 6.Etage mit einem Aufzug!
Das ganze Haus ist relativ Neu, die Nachbarn sind alle Freundlich, Es gibt einen Tiefgarage mit Fahrrad ständern und falls nötig einen autostellplatz.
Sie ist zwischen Bayrischen Bahnhof und Hohestr. gelegen( sprich 3 min zur Sbahn/Bus/Tram)
Man Läuft 5 min bis ins Zentrum, 3 min bis Zur BIB ;)
Man hat in der nähe einen Aldi, konsum, Rossmann,frisch&nah und etliches an Fastfood.
Das Flowerpower und shotz sind die nächsten Bars .....1 min auf der andern straßen seite entfernt
Zum Killiwilly, Acapulko,LaBoom usw. sind nicht mal 5 min entfernt:)
Eine küchenniesche ist vorhanden, man muss bloß alled mitbringen.
Es gibt einen Intigrierten W Lan router in der wand den man nur freischalten lassen muss.
Trotz allem das das FlowerPower schräg gegenüber ist, ist es sehr ruhig.
Man hat Rollos die den raum komplett verdunkeln
Da die wohung Gehn Süden geht hat man wenn man will den ganzen tag sonne !:) Es Gibt einen abstell/Ankleideräumchen in dem der Router und der Stromschrank ist, es hat so viel platz das viele Klamotten Platz finden .
