Ich suche ab dem 01.07.2021 einen Nachmieter für mein Studentenwohnheim, da mein Vertrag mit dem Studentenwerk noch bis Oktober diesen Jahres läuft und ich früher aus meiner Wohnung ausziehen werde.
Es handelt sich um eine ca. 21 m2 große, voll möblierte Studiowohnung. Sie befindet sich im 6. Stock mit den Fenstern zur Ostseite. Die Lage ist recht günstig, der REWE-Supermarkt ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind mit dem MDR-S-Bahnhof Leipzig und der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Johannasallee in 6 Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch der Friedenspark ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Kosten für die Wohnung betragen 260 Euro warm inklusive Heizung, Strom, Internet und sonstiger Nebenkosten.
Die Bedingung für die Übernahme meiner Wohnung ist: 1) Der Mieter sollte Student einer beliebigen Hochschule in Deutschland sein und 2) sollte nicht in einem der anderen Studentenwohnheime des Studentenwerks Leipzig wohnen.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie, wenn Sie nicht an der Universität Leipzig studieren, meine Wohnung nur bis zum 30. September 2021 übernehmen können, ansonsten gilt der Vertrag für ein Jahr.

I am looking for a tenant for my student's dorm starting from 01.07.2021 since my contract with the Studentenwerk is until October this year and I will be moving out of my flat earlier.
It is a studio apartment approximately 21 m2 fully furnished. It is on the 6th floor with the windows facing Eastside. The location is quite apt with REWE supermarket within a distance of 3 minutes walk. Further, public transport can be reached quite easily with Leipzig MDR S-Bahnhof and Johannasallee tram stop within 6 minutes walking distance. Also, Friedenspark is within a distance of 10 minutes walking.
The cost for the apartment is 260 euros warm including heating, electricity, internet and other utilities.
The condition for taking over my flat is: 1) The tenant should be a student of any university in Germany and 2) should not be currently residing in any of the other student dorms of Studentenwerk Leipzig.
Please note that if you are not a student in University of Leipzig, then you can only take over my flat until 30th September, 2021, otherwise the contract is for one year.
