Its a one room apartment but due to its L-shape, one can easily create demarcations with shelves for work, dining and sleeping areas. Its on the first floor but there's also an elevator. The window and balcony look out to two beautiful trees. The apartment also comes with its own designated space in the basement, also for bikes. The rooms are well insulated and you don't hear the neighbours. The buidling is also regularly maintained and managed quite well.
