Hey, ich suche eine:n Nachmieter:in für mein Wohnheim-Apartment an der Johannisallee.
In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden (Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal, Küche, Bad).
Man bezahlt jeden Monat den festen Betrag, also keine höheren Nebenkosten im Winter. :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock, aber es ist ein Aufzug vorhanden. :)
Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig und man hat eine ganz schöne Aussicht.
Ich fand es bis jetzt immer sehr angenehm, dort zu wohnen.

Everything is available in the apartment (bed, desk, shelves, kitchen, bathroom).
You pay the fixed amount every month, so no higher additional costs in winter. :)
The apartment is on the 6th floor, but there is an elevator. :)
It's also very quiet and you have a really nice view.
I've always found it very pleasant to live there.
Das Wohnheim ist sehr zentral gelegen, man ist in 4min an der Johannisallee und mit der Bahn in 5 min am Roßplatz, also insgesamt 15min bis zur Uni.
Ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen Rewe und am Bayerischen Bahnhof einen dm und mehrere Packstationen.
The dormitory is located near the city centre, you can reach Johannisallee in 4 minutes and Roßplatz in 5 minutes by train, so a total of 15 minutes to the university.
There is a Rewe nearby and a dm.
Du könntest Geschirr/Besteck übernehmen, das ist aber kein Muss :).
Ich ziehe Anfang Mai aus, da es sehr kurzfristig ist, müssten wir für Mai und Juni einen Untermietvertrag ausmachen, danach bekommst du einen festen Vertrag vom Studentenwerk.
Für Mai können wir uns die Miete sonst auch teilen.
You could take over the dishes/cutlery, but that's not a must :).
I'm moving out at the beginning of May. Since it's very short notice, we would have to arrange a sublease agreement for May and June, after which you will get a fixed contract from the student union.
We could also share the rent for May.
